Aldi Chocolates Recalled

Aldi Chocolates found to have traces of salmonella have been recalled.

The contaminated batch were on sale in the Midlands region of the UK only, so there are no reports of Aldi’s London stores being affected.

Salmonella was found in ‘200g packs of Choceur Treasures with a best before date of 1 September 2015’, confirmed the Food Standards Agency.

Although the Choceur Treasures were recalled this does not apply to Aldi’s other range of chocolates.
